Mercator Trust Company Limited is licensed under the Fiduciaries Law and regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission as a corporate and trustee services provider.

In addition, professional qualifications are very important to us and within our client service teams we have a number of chartered accountants, chartered tax advisers, chartered secretaries and STEP qualified individuals.
