Administration Services for Investment Managers

Increasingly, fund managers are looking to establish physical operations in Guernsey that can carry the burden of the management function to enable other parts of their group to carry out advisory functions in relation to the funds they manage.

We currently administer a number of Guernsey licensed fund managers from our offices in Guernsey.  Our administration services are focussed on providing support to enable the manager to be managed and controlled in Guernsey and to meet all local regulatory requirements.

We will initially assist with the set up of such companies and the subsequent application for an investment licence and, thereafter, provide a range of services to include:

  • Provision of registered office
  • Provision of experienced directors and officers

  • Accounting  to IFRS / UK GAAP standards
  • Bookkeeping
  • Investor reporting and communications
