Mercator Fiduciary Trust Reg is a Liechtenstein trust enterprise (a type of trading trust) which, through our associates in Liechtenstein, is licensed in Liechtenstein to provide fiduciary and company administration services. Liechtenstein is a member of the European Economic Area (EEA) which for many purposes gives advantages of EU membership without many of the dis-advantages. Liechtenstein has long established trust law, which is unusual in continental Europe, and which means that its legal profession and its judiciary are familiar with trust concepts and practices.
