Managed Services

We currently manage a number of trust companies on behalf of both individuals and institutions – an  arrangement  commonly referred to as a “Managed Trust Company”.  In general we take responsibility for the operation of the Managed Trust Company and ensure it complies with the Guernsey Fiduciaries Laws and regulations.

We provide the directors to the board, the fiduciary expertise, resources, infrastructure, procedures and compliance support to the Managed Trust Company.

A Managed Trust Company can be very attractive for an institution looking to broaden the range of services they offer to their clients, or looking to retain some key client relationships without the substantial expense of establishing, resourcing and running a standalone operation.
