- Establishment of the trust and, where appropriate, securing Guernsey or UK approval
- Preparation of members booklets covering the operation of the plans
- Appoint investment managers and agree mandates
- Maintain books and records for the plans and individual members
- Manage the receipt of contributions and payment of benefits
- Liaise with actuarial advisers as necessary
